She continues to serve in the Naval Reserves today. Dr. Polak earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine and her Master of Science in Periodontology, giving her deep clinical expertise across the full spectrum of gum health, from non-surgical therapy to complex implant rehabilitation and full-mouth reconstruction. Her approach is thorough, precise, and always focused on long-term outcomes.
